Cal-Sierra Title Company is a locally owned and operated Title and Escrow Company serving Plumas and Lassen Counties. We offer complete title and escrow service, including, real property transfers, bulk sales, liquor license transfers and foreclosure service.

History:
Established in 1962, the Cal-Sierra Title Company was founded in Quincy, California, on April 10, 1962 by W. Owen Windle. At opening the Company had three employees, including Owen.
